'Flying Man' aka 'Human UFO' Spotted By Pilots Flying at 3,500 ft

Pilots were left shocked after seeing a "flying man" past the side of their plane at 3,500 ft above Cheshire countryside.

Even aviation experts admitted that they were still amazed by the sighting of the human UFO, who is known as the Superman of Macclesfield.

While the passenger plane Airbus 320 is coming to land at Manchester Airport, the weird flying man appeared from nowhere. The pilot and first officer first thought that the man was just a paraglider but they did not see a canopy. They reported the flying man to air traffic but there was no sign of him on radar, which left a deep mystery to all of them.

Recent checks proved that there were no paragliders, parachutists or balloonists in the area at the time. This mystery of the weird flying man may never be solved as the UK Airprox Board officials admitted that they can't make any further investigation.

Describing the pilots’ account, the report said: “They first sighted the object a few hundred metres in the 11 o’clock position 200 to 300ft above.

“It passed down the left-hand side of the aircraft at 100 to 200 metres.

“The crew only saw it fleetingly, there was no time to take avoiding action and they reported that they based their assumptions on it being a person under a canopy.”

At the time, skies were clear and visibility was about six miles, the report said.

But it added: “Neither can remember seeing a canopy.”

Even air traffic controllers on the ground was not able to see anything on their radar screens at the time of the said incident at 1:30 pm, June 13.

What makes it really bizarre is the weather condition which makes it impossible for a lone flyer to be in the area, experts from the British Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association mentioned.

They also told­ ­investigators the pilots would probably not have missed a canopy or parachute as it “would have been the most obvious object by a ­significant margin”.

It concluded: “The board agreed that it was unfortunate that there was really no information that could lead to identifying the unknown object.

“This was frustrating to both the board and the pilots concerned, who had clearly seen something or someone, but there was no way or corroborating what they had reported.”

This flying man incident was not actually the first sighting.

In April, a weird figure was caught on camera flying over people in Qutub Minar, India, which went viral.

Another sighting was a man spotting soaring over Cannock Chase in February 2009.

A US Marine Corps private Earl Morrison and two friends, 1969, reported that they saw a strange "winged" figure with a "greenish glow" crossing over Da Nang, Vietnam.

He said: “After it got close enough we could see what it was. It looked like a woman, a naked woman.”
