You might think it's Michael Eisner, but he's not!
Nicknamed "The French Angel", this man can be the real-life inspiration for the famous animated character Shrek.
Maurice Tillet, a Russian-born Frenchman, which was also known as a wrestling star in the 1930s and 40s has almost the same physical appearance as Shrek. He was born in 1903 and said to have been called "angel" by his childhood friends because he had blonde hair and angelic face. However, at the age of 17, doctors diagnosed Tillet with acromegaly, according to Canadian news site, Canoe. That hormonal disorder causes increased bone growth including in the hands, feet and face.
Recorded photos of Tillet following his acromegaly-induced growth shows his striking resemblance to Shrek, the kindhearted ogre from the movie in 2001, "Shrek."
Tillet had dreamed of becoming a Lawyer, but, he ended up in the French navy, according to News.com.au, before he entered the world of professional wrestling in 1937.
However, despite the physical similaritied between Tillet and Shrek, DreamWorks (the studio which released the movie) has never officially addressed the long-standing rumor that Maurice Tillet's looks served as their basis for the animated character.
