The video above shows how extreme Indian parents can be just to have their children pass their exams. School walls are climbed so they can pass notes through the windows to pupils taking tests inside.
The footage was captured in the Hajipur disctrict of Bihar, India.
School officials estimate that more than 1.4 million students are taking the tests that are scheduled to run until March 24.
Local reports suggest that many pupils have been smuggling textbooks and revision notes into the exams despite tight security measures.
More than 400 pupils has been suspended or expelled for cheating, education officials said.
In India, cheating on exams can result in the student being banned from taking the exam or sometimes, in rare cases, they can also be jailed or ordered to pay fines.
Bihar Education Minister, PK Shahi, told the Times of India: "What can the government do to stop cheating if parents and relatives are not ready to cooperate?
"Should the government give orders to shoot them?"
